About The Position

The Project Manager I will perform various environmental due diligence projects focused on commercial real estate. This role involves environmental reviews, state and federal regulatory program file reviews, field investigations, and the performance of environmental due diligence projects.

Willingness to travel as necessary
Must be a self-starter, resourceful, and have the ability to work productively on multiple projects at a time under strict deadlines with guidance from senior staff
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, geology, or related field

Nice To Haves

Previous experience performing environmental due diligence projects, such as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) preferred
Knowledge in assessing various property types (including but not limited to gas stations, dry cleaners, printing facilities, industrial and manufacturing sites, and automotive repair and body shops) preferred
Basic understanding of commercial real estate lending and finance
State regulatory knowledge is a plus
Experience with Phase II Subsurface Investigations and/or Remediation Work is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat preferred
Current OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training certification preferred
AHERA / Asbestos Inspector, Radon and/or lead-based paint certifications preferred
Active driver’s license
