Qualified candidates will have excellent leadership and communication skills with professional experience in consulting in the field of economics, planning, or environmental science/engineering. The candidate must have a track record of leading analytical approaches on projects to the development of innovative solutions to complex challenges such as climate change, urban development, environmental challenges and social equity facing cities, regions, and other private, public, and non-profit entities. We are seeking a Project Manager who combines strong leadership, management, and team collaboration skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. This individual shows up, and is a deliberate business leader and relationship builder, leveraging their professional network and Hatch’s strong industry reputation to expand our presence in the environmental, social, economics, and urban development consulting space in the US. This role offers the opportunity to lead with impact, anchored by your presence in either our Houston or Brooklyn offices, contributing significantly to the strategy, design, and execution of major projects, ensuring sustainable and impactful outcomes. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, senior leaders, sponsors, and stakeholders, while mentoring teams, coordinating resources, and driving project success from inception to completion.
