About The Position

We are seeking a highly driven, execution-oriented Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise client implementations across our SaaS and service-based solutions. This role sits at the center of our client delivery engine—partnering cross-functionally with Product, Clinical Operations, Sales, and Engineering to bring programs to life and drive measurable outcomes. We are looking for someone who has implemented professional services or BPO and who thrives in ambiguity, operates with urgency, and takes full ownership—from kickoff through go-live and beyond. You will manage multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously, navigating complexity, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring we deliver with speed and quality.

  • Experience working on SaaS and/or tech-enabled service implementations
  • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working with or supporting multiple enterprise clients with C-level key stakeholders (healthcare experience a plus)

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort with complexity and ambiguity – thrives in challenging, unstructured environments
  • Assertive communicator – able to push, influence, and hold stakeholders accountable
  • Growth mindset – seeks feedback, continuously improves, and adapts quickly

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise client programs across multiple accounts and sites

  • Ensure seamless transition from sales → implementation → ongoing delivery
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Communicate clearly and consistently on progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Operate as a strategic partner—not just a task manager
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and Sales to align priorities and drive execution
  • Translate client needs into clear internal requirements and actionable plans
  • Hold internal and external stakeholders accountable to deadlines and commitments
  • Proactively identify blockers and drive resolution with urgency
  • Manage multiple complex implementations simultaneously, balancing competing priorities
  • Navigate ambiguity and evolving client needs with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Drive decision-making in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
