About The Position
The ideal candidate brings proven experience working within structured project governance frameworks, applies strong critical thinking and skills, and has familiarity with rail infrastructure assets and asset lifecycle management. This is a highly collaborative role, working across delivery, technology, and operational teams to support informed decision-making and successful program outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/equivalent and 8+ years of project management experience in asset-intensive or infrastructure environments.
- Knowledge of infrastructure asset management and asset lifecycle processes.
- Experience working within formal project governance frameworks (PMO, PMBOK, stage-gate).
- Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira and MS Project.
- Proficiency with documentation and analysis tools including Visio, Lucid, Confluence, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience working with data sets, dashboards, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Comfortable using data and visualizations to support insights and decision-making.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Rail Infrastructure/Linear Assets.
- Experience with enterprise work management systems such as Maximo or Hexagon.
- Familiarity with reliability, condition-based maintenance, or performance analytics.
- Relevant certifications (PMP and/or asset management certifications such as IAM or ISO 55000).
