Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent
  • 0-2 years’ project management experience, ideally in construction, HVAC, building automation, or electrical fields
  • Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, Access)
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
  • Self-motivated with a team-oriented approach

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in procurement, financial portfolio management, or construction management
  • Familiarity with project financial reporting and basic employment law practices

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring contractual requirements are met on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement productivity tools and process improvements for technical teams
  • Manage comprehensive project documentation, schedules, and status updates
  • Oversee project financials, including planning, billing, revenue forecasting, and A/R collections
  • Coordinate procurement, material delivery, and the use of shared resources; resolve resource constraints swiftly
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and secure change orders for expanding project scope
  • Analyze and interpret contract documents, design drawings, and project specifications
  • Support project financial reporting and risk management activities
