About The Position
We are seeking an Otolaryngologist (ENT) for a Locum Tenens position in Ephrata, PA. This role involves providing both clinical and call coverage in a setting that includes both clinic and hospital services. The coverage period is from ASAP through February 1, 2027, with specific on-call dates from December 23 to December 29. The position requires managing patients of all ages in a clinic setting, performing surgical procedures, and providing 24-hour call coverage. Collaboration with support staff and other specialists is essential.
Requirements
- Active PA license or Universal License (IMLC)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- DEA Required
- ACLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Parathyroid procedures
- Experience with Cochlear Baha procedures
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient clinic services for general ENT cases (all ages)
- Perform surgical procedures in the OR (5 days per month)
- Provide 24-hour call coverage as scheduled (including Dec 23-29)
- Manage patient care in clinic and hospital settings
- Collaborate with support staff and other specialists
