About The Position

Under general supervision, provides technical expertise, guidance and leadership in engineering project management. Reviews and analyzes project requirements to establish tasks and subtasks and project timelines. Assembles and supervises project staff. Creates and maintains a database of project tasks and assignments. Compiles and reports to management regarding project status. Serves as technical expert on project management issues. Evaluates and administers contracts with vendors for the provision of services and equipment. Maintains current working knowledge of applicable federal, state and local regulations. Provides guidance and counsel to site management team on applicable programs, practices and existing/proposed local, state and federal regulations. Contributes to site strategic planning and budgeting efforts for project management. May represent the site on company-sponsored steering teams. Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related area, and seven (7) years engineering experience in an area or areas relevant to assignment, including supervisory or lead experience as well as prior project management experience, OR High School Diploma and twelve (12) years engineering experience in an area or areas relevant to assignment, including supervisory or lead experience as well as prior project management experience.
  • Domestic and International travel up to 15%
