About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager Engineer to lead complex engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring technical feasibility, budget adherence, and timely delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders for successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, etc.)
• Proven experience in project management and engineering roles, managing technical projects.
• Broad understanding of various engineering disciplines.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with project management software and engineering tools.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for engineering projects.
• Coordinate and manage project teams (internal engineers, external contractors, vendors), fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project goals.
• Monitor project expenses, manage budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability.
• Ensure all deliverables meet strict quality standards, company policies, and relevant codes/regulations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact.
• Act as the primary liaison, providing regular progress reports, proposals, and documentation to clients and senior management.
• Provide technical guidance, review engineering deliverables, and ensure effective interdisciplinary coordination.
• Implement best practices, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement in engineering workflows.
