The Project Engineer/Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams through all phases of project development and execution. This role ensures projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while also managing project documentation and stage gate requirements, including APQP. The Project Engineer/Manager acts as the primary liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and customers throughout the project lifecycle, preparing and presenting project status updates, timelines, and risk assessments to stakeholders and senior leadership. Coordination with engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and commercial teams is crucial for product success and alignment with business objectives. The position also involves supporting prototype development and validation processes, facilitating customer interactions, including site visits, and ensuring compliance with internal quality systems and applicable regulatory or customer requirements. Travel of 5-10% is required.
