About the Position We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Energy team. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of project management experience and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate. In this position, the successful candidate will help lead project management activities like project scoping/budgeting for proposals, building schedules, tracking hours/budget/schedule adherence, communication with clients, issues resolution, deliverable submittments and project closeout, while establishing strong relationships with clients, internal teams and management/stakeholders. Design projects will span across multiple markets and geographies affording opportunities for broadening knowledge and deepening skill sets related to project management. We are seeking someone who can be an independent self-starter and can move quickly and efficiently through the stages of a project.

Requirements

  • BS in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Specialized experience of the energy market, focused primarily in Oil & Gas, Aviation Fueling, Power Delivery, Power Generation and/or Renewables
  • Proficient with relevant software such as MS Office Suite, Primavera P6
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
  • Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
  • All Pond & Company positions require participation in at least one in-person interview as part of our hiring process, and most roles also require in-person onboarding at a Pond office location; candidates should expect to meet directly with our team and should be cautious of any communication suggesting otherwise.

  • PMP or similar certification is a plus
