DCAMM is committed to creating and managing sustainable buildings to meet citizen needs and achieve a zero-carbon future, supporting state agencies with fiscally responsible building and real estate solutions. DCAMM also supports economic growth and engages with private sector partners. The agency works to expand access, opportunity, and equity in its services and outcomes. The Energy Project Manager (RPIII) will plan and manage projects for DCAMM’s Zero Carbon Initiative, focusing on energy and water efficiency, decarbonization, resilience, and sustainability efforts at various Commonwealth facilities. This role involves coordinating with DCAMM offices, client agencies, and consultants for RFPs, evaluations, financial analysis, and contract reviews. The ideal candidate will possess integrity, strong decision-making skills, and a dedication to making a significant impact. The DCAMM Energy Team works to improve sustainability, energy and water efficiency, resilience, and the environmental footprint of the Commonwealth. This position will follow a hybrid work schedule, balancing remote and in-office work.
