About The Position

This position primarily involves working on-site at the project location or in office. Travel frequency and duration will vary depending on the role and project timeline. Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) is seeking Construction Project Management professionals prepared to work as long-term travelers with per diem supplements if applicable. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of construction projects and the successful management of a high-performing team. You will manage the planning, execution, and financial performance of your projects using business practices that are consistent with our company values – people, safety, integrity, innovation, and excellence. Upon joining the team at Cupertino Electric, you’ll be exposed to a new, diverse community of client, vendor and subcontractor partners. You will be empowered to build new relationships to enhance your future business development opportunities. As a Project Manager, you have an important responsibility of managing CEI’s projects in line with goals, financial parameters, and within the project timeline and specification with the purpose of optimizing revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Requirements

Dynamic leadership and management skills.
Thorough knowledge of estimating, project cost accounting, scheduling, procurement, productivity tracking, and reporting methods.
Experience with union workforces, labor rate calculations, and collective bargaining agreements.
History of successfully leading teams.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Three (3) years in renewable energy, PV preferred.
Valid state-issued driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent preferred.
