About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee electrical projects from concept to completion. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have experience managing electrical installations, coordinating with electricians and contractors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in electrical project management
• Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and local building codes
• Proficiency in project manager tools (i.e. MS Project, SharePoint, Agora)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Problem assessment and problem solving.
• Information gathering and information monitoring.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Telephone skills
• Customer service oriented.
• Teamwork.

Nice To Haves

• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Certification from respected electrical program.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and define the scope of electrical projects, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Coordinate with electricians, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor project progress and adjust resources and priorities as needed.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates.
• Prepare project documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
