We are seeking an Electrical Project Manager for Delta Services, a subsidiary of The State Group Family of Companies, based in Louisville, Kentucky. Requirements

  • 5+ years of electrical project management experience.
  • Experience with industrial projects with a minimum of $2.5 M.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills are important.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the skilled trades, is preferred.
  • Preferred experience managing a wide range of project sizes, from service and maintenance to large-scale, turnkey projects.

Responsibilities

  • Project management and coordination of complex electrical projects.
  • Direct subcontractors and self-performed work.
  • Manage project schedules, including creating new schedules and updating existing ones.
  • Manage administrative tasks and project execution through project management software.
  • Ensure quality construction standards are followed.
  • Monitor and lead compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
