Our Electrical Connections Engineering team has the need for a project manager to lead cross-functional teams delivering NPI projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical) or related discipline
  • Ideally 3+ years of experience in project management
  • Strong knowledge of hybrid project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall principles.
  • Proficiency in Jira® project management software and tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in leading new product development projects.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal and external resources for execution of projects
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
  • Lead and facilitate the definition of project scopes, objectives, schedule, and technical requirements to ensure technical and fiscal feasibility
  • Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to facilitate the development of new products and systems using a hybrid agile process
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation for effective project execution
  • Monitor and track project deliverables to ensure successful completion of short and long-term objectives
  • Report and escalate issues and roadblocks to stakeholders and management as needed
  • Execute sprint strategy sessions using jira reports and project assets to guide focus to critical items
  • Participate in development of processes and best practices
