About The Position

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships with transparency and professionalism while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Project Management role or equivalent professional background.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and the specification of software products.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
  • Ability to lead through influence and manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Comfortable presenting to diverse or large audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within pharmaceutical, medical education, CRO, or life sciences environments.
  • Knowledge of clinical trials and/or Global Clinical Practice (GCP) principles.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of projects across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for simple to moderately complex studies.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and project scope to ensure successful delivery.
  • Act as the primary client contact, maintaining clear, consistent, and high-quality communication.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where needed.
  • Oversee system builds, releases, and change control processes in line with client expectations.
  • Support delivery of more complex, multi-product projects as required.
  • Ensure all project documentation and systems are accurate, compliant, and maintained.
  • Monitor project financials, including vendor management, invoicing, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and client expectations.
  • Manage client escalations effectively through to resolution.
  • Report on project status, progress, risks, and performance.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards, including incident reporting.
