About The Position

As a Project Manager – Dunkin’ Owned Digital, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital-first projects across Dunkin’s owned channels—including email, web, app, and loyalty platforms. You’ll serve as the central hub between brand teams, creative, and technical partners, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables align seamlessly. Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years in project management within a digital marketing or agency environment; experience with owned channels (email, web, app) preferred.
  • Technical Fluency: Familiarity with Workfront, Smartsheets, DAM systems, and digital marketing platforms; ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Organized Mindset: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, proactive communicator who can influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges and implement creative solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Leadership: A collaborative, team-first attitude with the confidence to lead projects and drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end management of Dunkin’ owned digital projects, from intake to delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with brand and digital teams to define project objectives, success metrics, and resource needs.
  • Workflow Oversight: Build and maintain project schedules in Workfront, monitor progress, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between creative, development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks early and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee final deliverables for accuracy and compliance with brand standards before launch.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on project status, timelines, and outcomes to stakeholders.
