You’ll collaborate with Creative Directors, top-tier designers, writers, and brand leaders, shaping the look and feel of some of the most iconic names in the industry. DUNKIN’ OWNED DIGITAL FOCUS As the visual storyteller for Dunkin’s digital world, you will ensure every design—from app tiles to email layouts—feels bold, fun, and unmistakably Dunkin’. You will bring creative ideas to life while maintaining speed and precision, guiding designers to deliver flawless assets for Dunkin’s website, app, loyalty program, and email campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in creative leadership roles at agencies or in-house teams, with a strong background across digital, print, and social platforms.
  • Proven success managing multi-disciplinary projects for large national or global brands.
  • Design Expertise: Mastery of media from print to digital to experiential. Your portfolio is a testament to your creativity and adaptability.
  • Inspiring Leadership: You’re a mentor and motivator who brings out the best in your team, fostering growth and excellence.
  • Strategic Thinker: You don’t just create; you craft visual solutions that align with business goals and brand strategies.
  • Tech-Savvy: Intimate knowledge of industry-standard software and tools (Figma and Adobe CC), plus a passion for staying on the cutting edge. Knowledge of email/app customization platforms like Moengage and Moveable Ink a plus.
  • Collaboration Pro: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills make you a key partner for clients, colleagues, and stakeholders alike.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Leader: Provide day-to-day visual direction, guiding and mentoring a team of talented designers to deliver impactful, Dunkin’ on-brand visuals.
  • Brand Champion: Uphold and evolve brand standards, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while fostering fresh, compelling ideas.
  • Dunkin’ Digital Specialist: Lead the visual direction for Dunkin’s owned digital channels, ensuring consistency across all assets.
  • Translate campaign concepts into compelling designs for app, web, loyalty programs and email experiences.
  • Review and approve design work for accuracy, brand compliance, and creative excellence.
  • Partner with Technical QA to ensure assets render correctly across devices and platforms.
  • Stay ahead of digital design trends and apply best practices to enhance Dunkin’s user experience.
  • Collaborative Powerhouse:
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, and Project Managers to align creative with strategy and timelines.
  • Partner with Creative Directors and cross-functional teams to concept, present, and execute innovative campaigns.
  • Strategic Problem-Solver: Translate complex business needs into visually engaging solutions that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Workflow Maven: Assign, review, and approve creative work while maintaining deadlines and high quality standards.
  • Creative Visionary: Stay ahead of trends, refining workflow processes and contributing to the studio’s creative evolution.
  • AI-Enabled Innovator: Identify and champion opportunities to responsibly integrate AI tools (e.g., for concept exploration, asset generation, workflow automation) to accelerate creative processes, enhance quality, and free up the team for higher-value creative thinking—always maintaining human oversight and brand standards.
  • Governance & Guardrails Steward: Ensure all AI-assisted creative work complies with Maverick Studios’ and Inspire Brands’ policies, privacy requirements, and legal/compliance guardrails; maintain originality, brand safety, and proper attribution for all outputs.
