The Project Manager, Dry Utility Coordination is responsible for designing and coordinating dry utilities from the source to the face of the building. This role involves working closely with clients and the entire project team, including A/E and civil engineers, to develop plans and secure approvals. The Project Manager will also collaborate with in-house designers to create and submit CAD dry utility plan drawings, submit applications to utility providers, and manage the assignment of work orders and designers. A key aspect of this role is conducting studies for future projects to identify potential conflicts, necessary relocations, and estimated budget costs for dry utility services. The position requires obtaining sign-offs from clients and utility provider supervisors, and proactively managing the installation of dry utilities by the developer's contractor and utility provider. This includes attending job site meetings and leading pre-construction meetings to ensure a clear understanding of the scope before work commences. As a client-facing role, it demands a high level of customer service for demanding clients.
