About The Position

INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system has a great opportunity for a Project Manager Design & Construction Sr in Oklahoma City, OK. In this position, you’ll be a part of our Planning Design and Construction team providing exceptional work supporting the INTEGRIS Health caregivers and the community at large. This position supports INTEGRIS Health by overseeing and managing capital healthcare construction projects from inception to completion while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and fully compliant with regulatory requirements. This position requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to effectively coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams. Managing all phases of construction projects, including initiation, design, budgeting, construction, safety/compliance, and closeout. Beyond technical expertise, strong interpersonal skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and the capability to cultivate positive relationships with diverse stakeholders internally and externally.
