About The Position

Brayman Construction Corporation is seeking a dependable full-time Project Manager - Deep Foundations / Geotechnical to interface with project stakeholders, track projects, and develop staff. This role offers opportunities for advancement in a growing regional team and involves overseeing, mentoring, and developing a dynamic team, while playing a key role in expanding the company's market presence. The position requires a varied schedule based on project needs and the ability to travel.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field, which may include Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Management.
At least 5 years of experience in deep foundations / geotechnical construction is required.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software (particularly Excel).
Must be willing and able to travel as necessary for projects.

Nice To Haves

Managing $5 million+ sized contracts preferred.
Work experience in both private and public sectors is preferred.
Geotechnical construction experience with deep foundations and support of excavation including, but not limited to, secant/tangent piles, micropiles, driven piles, soil nails, caissons, tie backs, shotcrete, slurry walls, and high-capacity dam anchors are preferred.

Responsibilities

Interface with multiple customers and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Handle contracts, change orders, and prepare vendor agreements.
Develop and manage project schedules.
Collaborate closely with superintendents and support team to ensure project success.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
