This role is for a detail-oriented and driven Project Manager to support the successful planning and execution of data center, critical infrastructure, and large-scale MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design and construction projects. It offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of construction project management to grow in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or equivalent industry experience.
  • 7+ years of professional experience.
  • Basic understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and project coordination.
  • Familiarity with reading construction drawings and technical documents.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 2–5 years of experience in construction or engineering project support roles, with exposure to data centers or large mechanical/electrical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in coordinating design and construction efforts across multiple stakeholders.
  • Assist in reviewing and interpreting technical documentation, including architectural plans and MEP specifications.
  • Help maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and action items to ensure clear communication across teams.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using scheduling tools.
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and change order documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to gather and organize project inputs.
  • Prepare regular status reports and support the team in presentations and client meetings.
  • Help identify potential project risks and escalate issues to the Project Manager as needed.
