About The Position
FEDITC, LLC is seeking a Project Manager/Contract Manager – Level IV to work in San Antonio, TX. This role is responsible for the performance of the work and will have full authority to act on all contract matters relating to the daily operation of the contract. The position requires the manager or an alternate to be on-site in San Antonio, TX, between the hours of 0730 and 1630 (Central US Time), Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays or when the government facility is closed. The role involves managing the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Domain and Directory Services Branch (DDSB) contract, leading a team, and providing strategic-level program/project management and leadership to the DDSB Chief and section chiefs. Responsibilities include researching, analyzing, and compiling data for reports on Health Information Technology (HIT) services, planning and managing IT projects, guiding technical staff, serving as a liaison between business and technical aspects, and monitoring progress to meet deadlines, standards, and cost targets. This Level IV position requires more independent thinking and complex task execution with little to no supervision, and may involve supervising others. An active Public Trust clearance and United States Citizenship are required. This is an upcoming opportunity contingent on contract award.
Requirements
- 8 years working in project management or a related field.
- Active Public Trust Clearance is required.
- Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check.
- Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).

Responsibilities
- Serves as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer and multiple government branch chiefs, ensuring projects and deliverables are provided in the most efficient and effective manner.
- Responsible for managing the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Domain and Directory Services Branch (DDSB) contract by building and leading a team of staff members to successfully execute the contract.
- Provides strategic-level program/project management, leadership, and counsel to the DDSB Chief, front office, and four section chiefs.
- Researches, analyzes, and compiles data enabling the production of reports for the delivery of Health Information Technology (HIT) services across the DHA enterprise.
- Plans, initiates, and manages information technology projects.
- Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
- Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
- Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
- Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
- Performs more independent thinking, complex tasks with little to no supervision compared to a Level III and may supervise others.
