Requirements

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans that outline timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open lines of communication to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
Monitor work quality and compliance with industry regulations and safety standards to ensure projects meet both client expectations and legal requirements.
Oversee project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring that projects remain financially viable through effective resource management.
Quickly identify and resolve issues that arise during the reconstruction process, employing creative solutions to minimize disruptions.
