The Project Manager Construction is responsible for planning, construction oversight of assigned projects with project planning, administration and delivery in accordance with Company standards and policy. This person will assist the Senior Engineer in support of infrastructure renewal and new construction company projects to support business objectives including innovation, process improvement, capacity and compliance. Serves as lead point of contact on and manages new business activities with all outside contractors, engineers, architects, developers, and individuals requesting new water service connections. Coordinates all new business activities across all company departments and groups. Performs other activities related to system growth. Ensures compliance with the Public Utility Commission as it relates to all new service policies, rules, and regulations.
