As a Project Manager at JLL, you'll take ownership of construction projects that shape the future of real estate for our clients. You'll coordinate planning, budgeting, and execution activities while serving as a key liaison between internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in construction project coordination or management
  • Demonstrated familiarity with construction processes, building systems, and project documentation standards
  • Proficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced project environments
  • Ability to read, interpret, and work from construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification, or actively pursuing certification
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety certification
  • Experience with design and drafting tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
  • Exposure to mission-critical environments including data centers, healthcare facilities, or corporate campuses
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices, green building standards, or LEED accreditation

Responsibilities

  • Manage construction project lifecycles from initial planning through final closeout and handover
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project scopes, budgets, schedules, and documentation to ensure alignment with client objectives
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors to facilitate seamless project execution
  • Monitor project progress continuously and proactively address risks, issues, and change orders as they arise
  • Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards across all project phases
  • Support procurement processes and participate in vendor selection and contract negotiations
  • Participate in regular site meetings and oversee on-site activities to ensure work aligns with plans and specifications
  • Contribute to sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives that advance environmental goals
  • Provide regular project updates, status reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
