What this job involves: The Associate Project Manager will manage project activities from initiation through completion, coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Responsibilities include developing project schedules, tracking milestones, managing budgets, and maintaining documentation in accordance with client requirements. The role involves regular communication with vendors, contractors, and client representatives to facilitate smooth project execution. A critical component of this position is ensuring compliance with the client's operating procedures and safety management systems. This includes participating in safety meetings, conducting site inspections, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting incident reporting and investigation processes as needed. The Associate Project Manager will serve as a liaison between JLL and the client, building strong working relationships and understanding client-specific requirements and expectations.
