What this job involves: The Project Manager will serve as a dedicated resource for a valued client in the Princeton, Indiana area, managing multiple construction and development projects from initiation through completion. This role requires coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams while serving as the primary point of contact between our client and all project stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing project budgets and schedules, tracking costs and milestones, and maintaining comprehensive documentation in accordance with client standards. A critical component of this position is ensuring rigorous compliance with safety protocols and the client's operating procedures. This includes conducting regular site reviews, overseeing contractor safety plans, and maintaining safety documentation across all projects. What your day-to-day will look like: Lead multiple construction and development projects simultaneously through all phases from planning to closeout, ensuring seamless coordination between all parties Facilitate regular project meetings with contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders, providing clear status updates and driving decision-making processes Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, verify quality standards, and ensure contractor compliance with safety protocols and project specifications Develop and manage project budgets, track costs against forecasts, analyze variances, and provide regular financial reporting to client leadership Review and process project documentation including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payment applications while maintaining organized files that meet client standards
