About The Position
Reef is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects within our Park City, UT development market. This role requires a proven leader with deep expertise in managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field or demonstrated project management experience.
- 6+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices
- Experience managing projects with significant budgets (e.g., $20M+)
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
Nice To Haves
- PMP, CCM, or similar certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
- Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with milestones and contractual obligations
- Oversee project budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations
- Negotiate contracts, change orders, and resolve disputes effectively
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies
- Mentor junior project managers and team members
