About The Position

Little, nationally recognized as a “Best Firm to Work For” and one of the nation’s most progressive design firms, is seeking a Project Manager with a positive, collaborative work style, to work in our Community Studio in our Orlando, FL office. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be an ambitious, creative Project Manager who has extensive experience working for community clients and is looking to improve the performance of our clients through creative collaboration and breakthrough ideas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university
  • A minimum of 8 years of professional architectural experience in a variety of Community (Higher Ed, K-12, Civic) projects
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • Architectural registration
  • Experience in new construction, adaptive reuse, and renovation projects
  • Intermediate Revit skills

  • Strong understanding and passion for high quality design, space planning, spatial relationships and materials.
  • Technically experienced in complex building types, building details and systems integrations.
  • Passion for sustainability and regenerative design.
  • Professional drive and still have fun while you work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams of architects and engineers to meet project requirements, budget, schedules and design intent.
  • Develop and review contract documents.
  • Construction administration.
  • QA/QC and the technical aspects of projects.
  • Accountable for project success.
