About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of commercial construction experience to lead and oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. #LAT
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and success
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones
- Oversee project budgets, control costs, and manage change orders
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety practices
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Review and approve contracts, submittals, RFIs, and construction documents
- Ensure timely project closeout, including punch lists, documentation, and client handoff
