About The Position

We are seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented Project Manager, Change & Technology to support the successful delivery of technology initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and business operations. This position serves as a key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate has experience managing complex technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting organizational change management efforts. They possess strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Science, Business, or related experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing technology projects or related roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, maintaining consistency, organization and pay close attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, customer-focused approach.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with enterprise-level systems and integrations.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification, preferred but not required.
  • Change management certification such as Prosci or CCMP, preferred but not required.
  • Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives.
  • Experience managing complex technology projects with multiple workstreams.
  • Experience with enterprise CRM platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working within nonprofit, higher education, advancement, or fundraising environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support technology projects through the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to implementation and close-out.
  • Define project objectives, maintain project plans and timelines, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure clear communication throughout each phase of the project.
  • Facilitate meetings, coordinate cross-functional activities, and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support organizational change management efforts associated with new technologies, systems, and processes.
  • Coordinate testing, training, documentation, and business readiness activities to promote successful adoption and long-term sustainability of project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance practices, and project management best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
