The Project Manager, Central Support is a 12-month term position that plays a critical leadership role in two key areas: supporting the seamless operational and cultural integration of new stores into our organization and providing project management support for a special project led by the Central Operations team. This position oversees cross-functional integration plans and ensures milestones are met by coordinating efforts across departments, streamlining processes, and facilitating key meetings and communications. This role is instrumental in ensuring that both store integrations and assigned projects are executed efficiently, with minimal disruption, and deliver lasting business value. This is not a people manager role. The Project Manager, Central Support, does not have direct reports and will lead through influence, collaboration, and cross-functional coordination.
