We specialize in custom high‑vacuum process equipment for applications including space simulation testing, thin‑film coatings, and other precision processes. Our systems combine advanced technologies in pressure vessel design, material handling, automation, and integrated control systems. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Manager for Capital Equipment to join our Program Management team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading cross‑functional project teams and serving as the primary customer interface during the design and fabrication of custom engineered systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of project management experience (manufacturing or construction preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience interfacing directly with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and ERP systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in vacuum technology or field installation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective team communication, achievement of milestones, and alignment with goals.
  • Customer Relations: Act as the primary customer point of contact, delivering regular updates and addressing questions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Schedule & Budget Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure technical feasibility, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
  • Field Support: Coordinate field installations, testing, and system commissioning as required.
