Seeking a Project Manager for Capital Projects services. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
At least five (5) years of experience in Project Management activities within the regulated industry.
Bilingual (English & Spanish).
Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Experience in Project Management skills.
Experience in all project stages: developing documentation: change controls, business cases, scheduling, etc.
Ability to analyze data.
Skilled multitasker with an incredible ability to set priorities.

Responsibilities

Survey the area where the job is to take place, paying special attention to environmental issues or government codes that need to be considered.
Prepare reports on findings and consult with others who have a hand in the project before a job starts.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of building codes, laws, and regulations that might affect their projects.
Demonstrate great understanding of cost estimate and determine the total cost of a project.
Perform daily site inspections, monitor, and provide work permits.
Monitor all applicable system tests regarding sewage, drainage, or elevation levels, Materials, and Equipment.
Monitor contractor and subcontractor labor costs.
Supervise a job to its completion while paying special attention to the allotted budget, schedule, and quality.
Effectively communicate, demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Pay meticulous attention to detail, possess strong analytical, math, and problem-solving skills.
Assure Project Safety and Compliance requirements are met.
Submit daily and weekly progress reports.
