About The Position

Responsible for coordinating multiple Health First Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) small projects simultaneously. Provide support to IDN Project Management Office (PMO) Program Managers for large and complex programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology (IT), Healthcare or related field.
  • Four (4) years professional experience (Work Experience in Lieu of Degree).
  • Three (3) years of professional experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities.
  • Superior organization and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Strong ability to apply a wide variety of problem-solving approaches.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a health care delivery environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and document: scope, budget, dependencies, and assumptions, through appropriate information gathering techniques for assigned IDN PMO projects.
  • Accomplish project goals through clear task prioritization, organized work activities, efficient time management, and mindful resource usage for assigned IDN PMO projects.
  • Leverage appropriate conflict management and problem resolution skills.
  • Manage competing demands for assigned project teams, adapting to changes in the HF environment, as necessary.
  • Effectively communicate project status and operational issues to Sponsors, Team Members, and Stakeholders using applicable communication paths.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to the Health First organization by displaying courtesy and sensitivity, managing difficult or emotional customer situations, meeting commitments, responding promptly to customer needs, and soliciting customer feedback to improve service.
  • Follow appropriate project documentation as defined by the PMO Methodology throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support IDN PMO Program Managers with schedule updates, meeting notes, reporting, and other program support tasks.
