About The Position

Our company was founded in 1969 and specializes in multi-family housing and historic reuse developments. The firm has a general architectural practice and has designed various structures including churches, refrigerated plants, research laboratories, recreational facilities, and city halls. While most commissions are for new construction, the reuse/renovation of historic structures is a particular focus. The firm has a strong track record in housing, with over 1,000 successful projects ranging from family, senior, assisted living, and condominiums. They also provide master planning for multi-use/mixed-use developments, incorporating New Urbanist design concepts. They are committed to superior service and client success. They are looking to add a Project Architect or Project Manager to their team.

Requirements

5+ Years Experience
Licensed Architect or a Project Manager
Proficient in CAD and BlueBeam
Must be fluent in AutoCad and Blue Beam.

Nice To Haves

Multifamily housing experience preferred
Prefer if they are also fluent in Photoshop also.
Photoshop experience preferred

Responsibilities

Act as a central point of contact for the client, architects, engineers, and contractors, managing communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Produce complete and accurate working drawings at a high demand pace while balancing multiple projects at once.
