About The Position

This role involves leading and supporting application implementation and optimization projects, partnering with IT and operational stakeholders to deliver system solutions. The Project Manager / Application Analyst will manage complex projects across multiple applications and departments, facilitate end-user training, troubleshoot issues, and drive workflow enhancements. The position also supports strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and patient care.

Requirements

• EPIC Cadence Certification (Required)
• 3+ years of EPIC Cadence analyst experience
• Scheduling and/or registration workflow experience
• Operational and/or IT background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Associate's Degree required

Nice To Haves

• Clinical database software knowledge
• Healthcare application implementation, optimization, and support
• Experience working across multiple projects and interdisciplinary teams
• Strong understanding of workflow analysis and system improvement initiatives
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
