About The Position

A leading medical institution seeks an Application Analyst to build, optimize, and support Epic Grand Central and Prelude applications, with a focus on Charge RTE and Prelude build across the health system. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing existing software applications, as well as designing, building, testing, and supporting new applications and modules. The analyst will focus on Charge RTE and Prelude build to implement new requests, optimize current workflows, and provide input for integration projects. Responsibilities include handling tickets, projects, go-live support, and upgrade support, with participation in an on-call rotation every 7 weeks and after-hours support as needed. The position requires building in-depth knowledge of the application and operational workflows, including policies, procedures, and constraints, and collaborating with business owners, vendors, and IT team members to evaluate and recommend solutions.

Requirements

4+ years of experience as an Epic Grand Central/Prelude Analyst.
Epic Grand Central and Prelude certifications.

Nice To Haves

Epic RTE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing software applications.
