Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission critical, or specialty construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contracts, and cost controls.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Experience managing cleanroom, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, life sciences, data center, manufacturing, or mission critical projects preferred.
  • Understanding of highly technical and controlled construction environments.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple projects and project teams.
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve project challenges.
  • Commitment to accountability, execution excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration with field operations, engineering teams, subcontractors, and executive leadership.
  • Effective meeting management and reporting capabilities.
  • OSHA 30 preferred.
  • Construction management certifications such as PMP, CCM, CM-Lean, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and risk management.
  • Ability to travel to project locations as required.
  • Ability to walk active construction jobsites for extended periods.
  • Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and navigate construction environments.
  • Ability to inspect construction work and project conditions in the field.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from award through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project execution plans.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Coordinate procurement activities and long-lead material strategies.
  • Manage project documentation and contract compliance.
  • Lead project turnover, commissioning, and closeout activities.
  • Monitor project profitability and financial performance.
  • Manage cost controls, forecasting, and budget reporting.
  • Review and approve subcontractor invoices and payment applications.
  • Manage change orders, claims, and project risk mitigation efforts.
  • Maintain accurate project financial records and reporting.
  • Coordinate activities between field supervision, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Support construction planning and work sequencing.
  • Monitor productivity and project progress.
  • Develop corrective action and recovery plans when necessary.
  • Ensure resources are effectively deployed to support project success.
  • Manage projects involving cleanrooms, controlled environments, advanced manufacturing facilities, semiconductor facilities, pharmaceutical facilities, life sciences facilities, mission critical infrastructure, and data centers.
  • Coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, process utility, and specialty systems.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and technical requirements.
  • Facilitate coordination between engineering, construction, procurement, and commissioning teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
  • Lead project meetings and executive-level project reviews.
  • Communicate project status, risks, opportunities, and financial performance.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business opportunities.
  • Promote and support all company and project-specific safety initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company and customer safety requirements.
  • Support quality management processes and inspections.
  • Verify project execution aligns with contract documents and quality standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
