About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager / ADM (Telco BSS) position for our client. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver application development and maintenance (ADM) solutions, managing all aspects of project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risks, issues, and deliverables. The position requires supporting Telco BSS application design, development, testing, troubleshooting, integration, and production support, with a specific focus on coordinating Amdocs BSSe integration with billing and related systems.

• Risk, issue, and stakeholder management
• Experience as a Project Manager, ADM Project Manager, or BSS Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience with Amdocs BSSe and Telco BSS environments.
• Experience managing application development, maintenance, integration, testing, and support projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client/vendor resources.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group

• Project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams delivering application development and maintenance (ADM) solutions.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, resource plans, schedules, and communication plans.
• Manage client, internal, and third-party resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide project status updates and coordinate stakeholder communications.
• Support Telco BSS application design, development, testing, troubleshooting, integration, and production support.
• Coordinate Amdocs BSSe integration with billing and related systems.
