We partner with advertisers to deliver custom, cross-platform solutions that leverage the power of NBCUniversal's iconic content, talent, and audiences across linear, digital, social, and streaming platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Production, Media, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects across creative, production, operations, marketing, or related teams.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience working within media, entertainment, advertising, production, or other creative organizations.
  • Experience managing live events, video production, post-production, executive presentations, or other high-visibility initiatives.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build alignment across teams, influence without authority, and navigate competing priorities.
  • Strategic mindset with a proven ability to bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives.
  • Comfortable partnering with senior leaders and helping shape projects from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-priority projects from concept through execution, ensuring work is delivered on time and aligned to business objectives.
  • Partner across creative, production, communications, operations, and leadership teams to bring strategic initiatives to life.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of work, including live events, executive presentations, design initiatives, sizzle reels, custom video content, and other high-profile projects.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies that keep work moving forward.
  • Align stakeholders, navigate competing priorities, and proactively identify risks and solutions.
  • Bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives, helping teams maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop executive-ready updates, presentations, and recommendations that support decision-making.
