Project Manager 2 - US Central Area

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day SaintsIdaho Falls, ID
Onsite

About The Position

This position helps provide and maintain facilities which give Church members places where they can worship, teach, learn, pray together, make and renew covenants, and receive sacred ordinances. Each Church facility that is built and/or maintained should 1) Provide a spiritual setting for members to worship, and 2) Present an image of reverence and dignity in the community. NOTE: This position is currently defined as a Project Manager role with responsibility for construction execution and delivery. Effective January 1, 2027, the role will transition to a Regional Owner's Representative (ROR), shifting from direct project management to owner-level oversight. This includes evaluating project performance across quality, cost, schedule, and risk, and influencing outcomes through alignment with organizational standards rather than day-to-day execution. Candidates should be comfortable operating in both environments and evolving toward a more strategic, oversight-focused leadership role. Church employees find joy and satisfaction in using their unique talents and abilities to further the Lord’s work. From the IT professional who develops an app that sends the gospel message worldwide, to the facilities manager who maintains our buildings— giving Church members places to worship, teach, learn, and receive sacred ordinances—our employees seek innovative ways to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the world. They are literally working in His kingdom.
