About The Position

This role involves overseeing logistics, planning, delivery, and installation activities for various medical imaging equipment (MR, CT, X-Ray) within the Siemens Healthineers sector. It's an early professional position designed to provide a combination of back-office support and practical field experience under the supervision of Project Managers. The goal is to develop the knowledge and skillset necessary to manage projects independently over time. The Project Manager 1 will act as a proxy for Project Managers during site visits, construction meetings, and when receiving deliveries, and will perform routine site visits to monitor project processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, 0-3 years of experience or combination of education or experience.
Ability to read blueprint drawings.
Working knowledge of construction industry practices (electrical, plumbing, structural, HVAC).
Strong communication and organizational skills preferred.
Desire to advance into the Project Manager role.
Willing to relocate to anywhere in the continental US for the next available position.
Ability to travel 75% within coverage area and to other states in targeted zone as needed.
Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.

Responsibilities

Oversee logistics, planning, delivery, and installation activities for imaging equipment across all modalities (MR, CT, X-Ray).
Provide Project Management for complex and diverse medical devices, requiring in-depth knowledge of construction and equipment.
Support Project Managers in driving revenue by developing project pre-construction plans, estimates, and schedules with customer stakeholders.
Act as a proxy for Project Managers during site visits, construction meetings, and deliveries.
Perform routine site visits to monitor project processes.
