Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Project Management professional to join our Operations team of qualified, diverse individuals in Warner Robins, GA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or equivalent degree program with 2 years of experience or Associates degree in Project Management or equivalent degree program with 4-years’ experience or 6-years of combined project management or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Demonstrated intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Office Application (MS Excel specifically)
  • Must be able to work on-site in Warner Robins, Georgia
  • Self–starter with ability to work with little to no supervision
  • Works well independently and in a team environment.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with LRQA AS9100 RevD
  • Current Northrop Grumman Learning Exchange (LX) Administrator role
  • Have a current Secret DoD clearance
  • Experience working with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)

Responsibilities

  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing Operations and Facility projects
  • Serves as liaison between program management, planning, project team, and line management
  • Reviews status of Operations and Facility projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports
  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives
  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with internal and external management
  • Coordination with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
  • Performs monthly Operations Self-Governance audits IAW WR-M-4300 process
  • Track and report weekly Mission Assurance Quality data to Operations leadership
  • Obtain Learning Exchange (LX) Administrator role for Operations/Site
