About The Position
The Project Management Technician role at U-Haul Company involves maintaining U-Haul facilities to support colleagues in providing excellent customer service. This position offers a variety of technical tasks and the opportunity to help people, along with excellent benefits.
Requirements
- Experience performing and utilizing tools and equipment in carpentry, metal framing, painting, masonry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Ability to observe necessary safety precautions while working around moving parts and machines for building and site maintenance.
- May require the use of protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.
- Requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and efficiently to facility needs.
- Collaborate on projects or work alone as needed.
- Operate a motor vehicle, adhering to all local vehicular regulations.
