About The Position

We’re seeking a full-time Project Management Specialist for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. Our Project Management Specialist will drive cross-functional initiatives across campaigns, events, data operations, and marketing finance workflows for the US Brand Marketing division, reporting to the Director of Project Management. The ideal candidate uses data to identify market opportunities, uncover actionable insights, and build strategies that move the business forward. Your analytical rigor will shape marketing plans and campaign decisions — ensuring the team operates efficiently and every dollar drives measurable outcomes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Fashion, Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fashion and/or fashion merchandising, trend forecasting, or product development within the fashion industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar) to drive decision-making.
  • Proven ability to forecast trends and create successful merchandising strategies that meet sales and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership.
  • A keen eye for fashion trends, strong understanding of the fashion lifecycle, and a deep passion for the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize data analysis tools to track trends, spot emerging opportunities, and refine marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, automate reporting pipelines, and surface actionable insights that inform campaign planning and decision-making.
  • Identify process gaps and design operational improvements, including agentic workflows and automation opportunities across performance reporting, internal payment systems, and beyond.
  • Model and interpret ROI on marketing campaigns, evaluate budget efficiency, and forecast sales performance based on campaign results.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of key branding decisions including influencer partnerships and event activations to guide strategic investment.
  • Provide marketing operations with support on active projects and programs, stepping in where capacity or expertise is needed to keep initiatives on track.
