About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Project Manager with expertise in Supply Chain Compliance, Sustainability, and Technology for a hybrid contract role in Inver Grove Heights, MN. This position is part of an exciting initiative within the Information Technology organization, focusing on Agribusiness supply chain, compliance, and sustainability. The role involves leading a complex, phased technology initiative to enhance traceability, certification workflows, compliance reporting, and audit readiness across agricultural supply chains. The selected candidate will coordinate various workstreams, including business process, data, application, integration, reporting, governance, and organizational change, across multiple business units and locations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record leading at least two large-scale compliance, traceability, sustainability, data, ERP, or supply chain technology initiatives from initiation through deployment.
  • 10+ years of experience in professional services consulting and/or IT program or project management delivering large, complex, multi-million-dollar technology initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, change control, testing, training, and deployment from initiation through delivery.
  • Experience operating in a matrixed, multi-business-unit enterprise environment and coordinating teams of 10 or more resources.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions across complex application and integration landscapes, including infrastructure, information security, data, and enterprise architecture considerations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with regulated or certification-driven programs requiring traceability, evidence management, reporting, controls, or audit readiness.
  • Working knowledge of agricultural supply chains, commodity operations, sustainability data, supplier onboarding, chain of custody, mass balance, or comparable traceability practices.
  • Experience coordinating data architecture, analytics, enterprise integrations, and compliance reporting across multiple systems and stakeholders.
  • PMI PMP certification.
  • Experience managing delivery with third-party vendors, implementation partners, and system integrators.
  • Experience leading strong-matrix teams composed of employees and contractors.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar delivery tools.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business, compliance, legal, audit, sustainability, data, and technology leaders to establish scope, governance, decision rights, milestones, controls, and success criteria.
  • Convert regulatory, certification, traceability, reporting, and audit-readiness needs into sequenced project plans and accountable workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain an integrated roadmap using a hybrid methodology.
  • Coordinate process design, supplier or producer data intake, master and transactional data, application configuration, integrations, reporting, documentation, testing, training, deployment, and support transition.
  • Establish rigorous requirements traceability from obligations and business rules through design, testing evidence, controls, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate data readiness activities, including ownership, quality rules, lineage, reconciliation, retention, access, and evidence management.
  • Manage third-party delivery partners and ensure solution decisions remain aligned to enterprise architecture, data strategy, security, and supportability expectations.
  • Own project financials, forecasts, resource plans, risk management, issue resolution, and change control.
  • Provide concise, data-driven status reporting and decision materials for senior leadership and governance forums.
  • Ensure adherence to established enterprise delivery standards, governance, and applicable safety, security, privacy, records, architecture, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
