About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Project Management Specialist (Level 3 or 4) to join the Business Operations team in Portland, Oregon on 1st Shift. This role serves as the lead integrator for the ERP-LN to SAP transition project across Portland and Helena. The specialist will coordinate and align cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing, to achieve project milestones. Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, facilitating communication, overseeing work movements, monitoring project progress, and providing regular status updates to senior management. The role also involves developing and facilitating executive-level briefings, managing agendas, and evaluating alternatives for continuous improvement.

Requirements

3 + years of experience in leading large scale projects
3 + years of experience interfacing with and supporting senior and executive leadership
3 + years of experience in working with cross-functional teams
3 + years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

Lead integrator for ERP-LN to SAP transition project across Portland and Helena.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to support site-level initiatives.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks during the transition.
Oversee work movements and site-level projects, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to senior management.
Develops and facilitates executive level briefings.
Manage agenda and facilitate integrated meetings.
Evaluates alternatives and makes recommendations to the team for constant improvement.
