Requirements

  • Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Math, Business, Technology (any), or related, and 2 years of experience in Information Technology (IT)/engineering or IT-related consulting/business.
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's or equivalent in any field other than the above-listed fields and 3 years of experience in the above occupation.
  • Additionally, all candidates must have 1 year of experience in any 4 tools/technologies across the following categories with at least 2 from one category: Programming Languages and Web Technologies; Development Frameworks and Tools; Databases; Data Management; Cloud Services & DevOps; Networking; Enterprise Software and Business Applications; Testing & QA Tools; Security & Compliance Tools; Integration Services; Project Management Methodologies & Tools; Embedded Systems & Hardware Programming; Hardware Interfaces & Components; Circuit, RF, and Thermal Design; Robotics & Automation; Virtual Validation & Prototyping; CAD & Mechanical Design; EDA / Signal Integrity / Simulation; Configuration & System Utilities; Business & Integration Platforms; UI/UX; Mobile Development. (All experience/skills may be acquired concurrently)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to track the schedule, timeline, procurement, resources, technical issues, budget, or customer satisfaction on each project and report to the manager.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to determine business needs and expectations.
  • Confer with stakeholders to identify and resolve problems.
  • Develop or update project plans including information such as objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffing.
  • Coordinate project activities to meet deadlines.
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
  • Request and review project updates to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Participate in project meetings.
  • Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports for manager approvals.
  • Produce and distribute project documents.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the client or customer.
  • Execute and submit project deliverables to clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate efforts of lower-level team members while guiding them in the process.
  • Identify operational and technical issues and translate technical blueprints into requirements and specifications.
